Quick Check: Is Your Device eSIM Compatible?
Check if your device supports eSIM in two ways:
Method 1: Dial *#06# on your keypad. If you see an 'EID' number on the screen, your device is eSIM compatible.
Method 2: Or check via Settings:
- 🍎iPhone: Settings > General > About
- 📱Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager
- 🔵Google Pixel & Others: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs
Note: If you see an 'Add eSIM' or 'Download SIM' option in these menus, your device is ready.

Not sure if your device supports eSIM? Here's how to find out:
iPhone / iPad
Go to Settings → General → About. If you see "Available SIM" or "eSIM", your device supports eSIM.
Android
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager. Look for "Add eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan".
Important Note
Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use Airlivo eSIM. Contact your carrier to unlock your device if needed.

Is my phone carrier-locked?
If you bought your phone from a carrier with a contract, it might be locked. Contact your carrier to check and unlock it.
Can I use eSIM with my physical SIM?
Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices support Dual SIM, allowing you to use both your physical SIM and eSIM simultaneously.
How many eSIMs can I store?
Most modern devices can store multiple eSIM profiles, but only one can be active at a time alongside your physical SIM.
