This Privacy Policy explains how Tenidy LLC (“Airlivo”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming (USA) company at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, collects and processes your personal data when you use the Airlivo website, app and eSIM services. For privacy questions, contact support@airlivo.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following:

  • Account data: name, email address, and phone number (if provided).
  • Order data: purchases, eSIM plans, order history and wallet transactions.
  • Technical data: IP address at registration and last login, device and app information, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (e.g., last 4 digits, status) but do not store full card numbers.
  • Support data: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and wallet.
  • To process orders, deliver eSIMs and provide customer support.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To improve and secure our Service and comply with legal obligations.
  • To send service-related communications (e.g., order confirmation, eSIM delivery).

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the Service), consent (where required, e.g., marketing), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing your data

We share data only as needed with:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • eSIM/network suppliers — to provision and deliver your eSIM.
  • Infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting and database) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion (see “Your rights”).

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and California’s CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact support@airlivo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and secure payment processing via Stripe. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. International transfers

We operate from the United States and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
