Terms of Use

Airlivo (“Airlivo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Tenidy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airlivo website, mobile application and eSIM services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Airlivo sells prepaid eSIM data plans that allow compatible devices to connect to mobile networks in supported destinations. eSIMs are delivered digitally (QR code and/or activation details). Coverage, speeds and availability depend on local networks and the device used.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase.

You may purchase as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You may also pay using your Airlivo wallet balance where available.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees or currency-conversion charges applied by third parties.

Your Airlivo wallet holds a prepaid balance in USD that can be used to pay for eSIMs. Wallet balance is non-transferable, has no cash value outside the Service, and may be used only for purchases on Airlivo. Top-ups are processed via Stripe. Wallet balance is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.

eSIMs are delivered electronically. Once an order is paid and prepared, the eSIM (QR code and setup details) becomes available in your account under “My eSIMs” and/or is sent to your email. Delivery is typically immediate but may take a short time for manually fulfilled orders.

Because eSIMs are digital goods, refunds are limited. An eSIM may be refunded within 14 days of purchase only if it has not been installed/activated and has not been used. Activated or used eSIMs, and partially used data, are non-refundable.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents your eSIM from working, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. To request a refund, contact support@airlivo.com.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to resell without authorization, to commit fraud, to abuse promotions or wallet credits, or to interfere with the Service. We may suspend, freeze a wallet, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud.

All content, trademarks and software on the Service are owned by Tenidy LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage or specific data speeds, which depend on local networks and your device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airlivo and Tenidy LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
