My plan started before my travel date — what should I do?

This usually happens when the eSIM connects to a network before you arrive (for example, testing it in your home country). You can't pause the timer, but if the remaining data and days still cover your trip, it's fine. If it started early and won't cover your travel, contact Airlivo support to ask about your options.
