The hotspot option is missing — what should I do?

First make sure mobile data is on and the Airlivo eSIM is your data line; hotspot only works with the active data line. Try restarting the phone and toggling airplane mode. On some phones the hotspot menu is under 'Tethering'. If it's still missing, check that your device supports hotspot.
