What is a fair use policy?

A fair use policy applies to 'unlimited' plans: the data never runs out, but after a daily high-speed allowance the speed is reduced (on Airlivo, typically down to 1 Mbps after 3 GB per day). The aim is to keep the network balanced for everyone; your internet isn't cut off, it just slows down.
