Which settings should I turn off to avoid a roaming bill?

Most important: turn off data roaming on your home line (your own SIM). On iPhone, also turn off 'Allow Cellular Data Switching'. Set data to the Airlivo eSIM and turn on data roaming only for it. Those three are the safest way to avoid a surprise roaming bill.
