Why does Google think I am in another country when I use a travel eSIM?

Google localizes results, language and services to your IP's country, and a travel eSIM often routes data through a partner network in another country. It's harmless — you can set your preferred language/region in Google's settings, or use a VPN with a home-country exit if you need local results.
