Why does my phone support eSIM but I can't add one?

The most common reasons are that the phone is carrier-locked (it refuses third-party eSIMs), you've hit the limit of stored eSIMs, there's no internet during setup, or the software needs an update. Make sure the phone is unlocked and on Wi-Fi, update it, and remove an old eSIM if you're at the limit.
