Why does my Samsung phone have no eSIM option?

Not every Samsung supports eSIM: some regional variants (for example certain models sold in parts of Asia), dual-physical-SIM versions and some carrier-branded units have eSIM disabled or omitted. Dial *#06# — if there is no EID, that unit has no eSIM. Also update your software, as older versions sometimes hide the option.
