Should I delete the eSIM before resetting my phone?

Not necessarily — a factory reset removes the eSIM anyway. What matters is not resetting if you still have a plan to use, or talking to Airlivo support about your options before you reset. If your new phone supports eSIM, you may need to install a fresh profile.
