5G is not working — how do I switch to 4G or LTE?

Some regions or plans do not have 5G, and 4G/LTE is often more stable. Forcing the line to LTE can fix the connection.
  1. 1iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Airlivo eSIM > Voice & Data > LTE
  2. 2Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Preferred network type > LTE/4G
