I get 'This QR code is no longer valid' or 'already used' — what happened?

Each eSIM QR code can be installed only once. If you've already added it (or removed and tried to re-add it), the code won't work again. Don't delete the eSIM from your phone once it's installed. If you deleted it by mistake, contact support to check your options.
