My eSIM shows 'No Service' or keeps 'Searching' — how do I fix it?

This usually means your phone hasn't latched onto a local network yet. Work through these steps and it normally connects within a minute or two.
  1. 1Make sure Data Roaming is ON for the Airlivo eSIM.
  2. 2Toggle airplane mode on for 15 seconds, then off.
  3. 3Restart your phone.
  4. 4Go to network selection, switch from Automatic to manual, then pick a local network.
  5. 5Confirm you're in a country your plan covers.
