My eSIM shows signal bars but no internet — why?
If you have signal but no data, check three things: data roaming is on for the eSIM line, the correct line (your Airlivo eSIM) is selected for mobile data, and your plan or daily allowance has not run out.
- 1iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data set to Airlivo eSIM, with Data Roaming on for that line
- 2Android: Settings > Connections > SIM manager > set mobile data to the Airlivo eSIM
- 3If it persists, toggle airplane mode for 15 seconds
