My eSIM shows signal bars but no internet — why?

If you have signal but no data, check three things: data roaming is on for the eSIM line, the correct line (your Airlivo eSIM) is selected for mobile data, and your plan or daily allowance has not run out.
  1. 1iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data set to Airlivo eSIM, with Data Roaming on for that line
  2. 2Android: Settings > Connections > SIM manager > set mobile data to the Airlivo eSIM
  3. 3If it persists, toggle airplane mode for 15 seconds
