Why is iMessage stuck on 'Waiting for Activation' after installing an eSIM?
iMessage and FaceTime need a stable data connection to activate and can get confused when there are two lines. Make sure you have internet (Wi-Fi or the eSIM's data), and under Settings → Messages → Send & Receive confirm your correct number and email are ticked. Toggling iMessage off and on, or restarting the phone, usually completes activation.
